Where the Movement Meets the Moment

In 2011, after attending countless conferences for women in general and separate conferences for Veterans, WVIF President & CEO Ginger Miller saw what was missing: a space that merged both worlds. She set out to create a conference that honored the service of Women Veterans while fueling their professional development and supporting their transition beyond the military.

The result was the first conference of its kind, a powerful, one-stop experience for professional development, leadership growth, high-level networking, and access to resources that open real doors.

Today, WVI NatCon is a nationally recognized, must-attend event where military women and Women Veterans come to level up, connect with powerhouse leaders, and gain direct access to the resources that move lives forward.

This is not just another conference. This is your seat at the table.

Imagine being in the room, surrounded by women who understand your journey, leaders who can help shape your future, and opportunities you won’t find anywhere else.

What They're Saying

Why attend? Because this is the community you’ve been looking for. It’s not unusual for Women Veterans to reconnect with fellow veterans they served with years ago. Friendships are rekindled, stories are shared, new pathways to success are forged. Just read what previous attendees have said…
"I’ve reconnected with women I hadn’t seen in years and built new relationships with others who share more than just military service. These women truly understand the unique challenges, strengths, and transitions that come with being a woman veteran... If you’ve ever felt like something was missing after service, whether it’s connection, community, or support, this is where you’ll find it."
- Army Veteran
"Within 30 seconds of walking in the door, I knew this was an organization for me! Even though I didn’t know anyone there, it was if I’d known these ladies for years! What I found was a life-long community that helped me navigate my transition... Now, I enjoy sharing Ginger’s inspirational story and how WVIF came to be with other women veterans, so they too can experience the same supportive sisterhood."
- Air Force Veteran
"Through WVIF programs and events, I was surrounded by a sisterhood of support, given a platform to share my voice, and encouraged to continue serving others through mentorship and advocacy. Their community reminded me that I was not alone, and their investment in my growth helped reignite the confidence and leadership I once wore in uniform. WVIF doesn’t just support women veterans—they elevate us. And for that, I am forever grateful."
- Navy Veteran
"As a first time attendee, it was great to connect with other veterans and experience community through our shared experiences. The sessions on VA benefits were very valuable to me since I learned so much... WVI seems like a great community of veteran women. I’m very impressed with the organization and what Ginger has built. She’s truly an inspiration and I love her personality and resilience. Looking forward to attending next year!"
- Army Veteran
"This was phenomenal as always... The panel discussions and the workshops impacted my experience as a Woman Veteran by providing insight on various topics and the opportunity to connect with other veterans that share some of the same experiences and challenges. We were able to help each other. I invited two of my battles and they enjoyed themselves and plan on joining the organization in the very near future."
- Air Force Veteran
"I just love ❤️ the experience other women veterans bring to the table! I especially appreciate hearing about the success stories and knowing we can accomplish (as women veterans) whatever we put our minds to. Our community and support system is still strong and the best that it can be! I truly love that WVIF brings us together and let us share this knowledge and experience. Bravo Zulu."
